Welcome to our T&C’s, or if you prefer, the small print, the bit we must list but few of us read. But read you must, as they are important, and they are here to protect you. It is a term and condition of a reader accessing and reading the Online Poppers website, which is the trading name for one of the electronic products created by Online Poppers, that Online Poppers provides the material published on Online Poppers on the basis that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether express or implied. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. We reserve the right to update, amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Online Poppers website is your confirmation to any changes. Please ensure you check regularly.

Prices & Postage

All prices shown on this website are inclusive of V.A.T. where applicable, adhering to UK V.A.T. law. All U.K. deliveries are priced accordingly to our postage policy. More expeditious delivery options are available for an additional charge. All prices shown on this website, whether it be for products or postage, are shown in G.B.P. (U.K. pound sterling) Your own credit/debit card company will deal with any currency conversions.

Age of Consent

For you to make any purchases from Online Poppers, you must be aged eighteen (18) years and over. By viewing this website and placing an order, you are confirming that you are aware of the age restrictions in place on our products. You are also affirming you are of an age old enough to make the purchase legally. 

The Contract

Once the purchase is complete, we will send you an email confirmation of your transaction, to the address you have provided us. This will include a summary of your order. When the payment for your order is confirmed, we will then process your order for packing and delivery. We do reserve the right to decline to deliver packages to certain addresses, including P.O. Boxes. We will contact you personally if we consider the address problematic. No binding contract will occur between yourself and Online Poppers for the sale of items by us to yourself until we have dispatched a confirmation email regarding the shipment of your order. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer, and to have been effectively communicated to you. 

Price Increases

We, at Online Poppers, reserve the right to increase prices (products and postage) without prior notification. 

Pricing Errors

Despite making every endeavour to ensure the prices listed on our website are legitimate, mistakes are sometimes made. If we determine a mistake in the pricing of the item you have ordered, we will contact you immediately, and give you the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the item from your order. If for any reason we are not able to connect with you, or we receive no acknowledgement from yourselves, we will cancel the entire order. If the order is terminated, and you have previously paid for the items, you will be reimbursed in full.

Vendors Liability 

The vendor (Online Poppers) does not recognise culpability for errors in quantities delivered, unless the consumer notifies the vendor of any claim of quantity issues relating to a recent delivery of goods within a two-day window of delivery. In this circumstance the vendors liability shall be restricted to making good the difference. For your own protection, we will not despatch on orders where the address has not been confirmed, or where we lack suitable proof of the order being genuine. If you, the consumer, are unable to confirm the address, or provide suitable evidence, then a full reimbursement will be issued. 

Data Protection

We treat all personal information as confidential. We comply absolutely with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act 2018. Online Poppers will not share any of your personal information with any other company or third party. 

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you:

• For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
• Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated, or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
• For business losses and/or losses to non-consumer.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

Online Poppers and/or their respective suppliers make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published in this site or any of the products of whatever nature details of which appear on this site. All such documents and related graphics are provided, and any such products (where ordered) are accepted by customers “as is” and without warranty of any kind. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Online Poppers howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us
